1) How do I arrange for a consignment to be personally carried by an On Board Courier? Bookings can be made by telephone via our operators or via email using our booking form.
2) Where can I send the consignments?
Our service is worldwide, delivering packages and consignments to anywhere in the world.
3) How are goods carried whilst in transit?
Your goods will be kept with your personal courier at all times and for extra security and safety for your document / consignment we use tamper evident bags where the seal will be broken on delivery to the customer.
4) How should I submit the consignments to On Board Couriers? Consignments should be packed ready for dispatch either individually or consolidated and submitted to our courier on collection along with all relevant paperwork.
5) How can I track my consignment? On Board Courier will provide regular updates on the progress of your consignment throughout the journey where our operators will feed back the information via email or telephone.
6) What is Door to Door?
Door to Door is the service where our on board courier will collect direct from your door and deliver your consignment direct to the client at its final destination delivery address.
7) Do I need insurance?
Insurance must be covered by the sender as On Board Couriers is not responsible for each individual consignment.
8) What security standard checks are there?
The customary freight security regulations apply for air transportation. We certify you as the known sender and we also inspect the consignments in a systematic security check on collection. 9) How can I obtain proof of delivery?
You can request all delivery details via our operators. If you provide your e-mail address, confirmation of delivery will be automatically sent to you.
10) What is the Cost?
